On each product page, a maximum production time is listed. This time period outlines how long your item/s will take to be made, from the day of purchase. This production time is exclusive of shipping time.
Our 'Made-to-Order' items have longer lead times as they are being made especially for you. Please ensure you have checked that this lead time will work with your wedding date and that you are allowing adequate time for alterations once your dream dress arrives.
We ship all over the world (some exceptions apply). As your item will need to be signed for we are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
SALES TAX
CANADA: The GST/HST/RST/QST applicable to your province will be charged on your purchase.
USA & INTERNATIONAL: There will be no sales tax added to your purchase by Luxx Nova. Sales tax may be added by US/international customs. You will be required to pay any charges added by third parties, upon receipt of your shipment. Luxx Nova cannot be held responsible for any such charges.
