Every designer uses a different size chart based on their own patterns. Use a measuring tape to find your bust, waist, and hip measurements and see where your measurements align on the designer’s size chart. If your measurements fall between sizes, size up. Check our Measuring instructions or book a Virtual appointment and we will guide you through the process.

Q: Do you sell authentic dresses?
A: We work with designers directly and sell only authentic dresses.

Q: May I request pictures of the actual sample dress?
A: Contact us with any questions or to request pictures of the dress you are interested in.

Q: What is the condition of sample dresses?
A: We take great care to clean, examine and restore dresses if need be, and grade them from Brand New to Good Used Condition. All dresses are priced accordingly. Please refer to our Condition Guide for more information.

Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A: DHL / UPS (3 – 14 Days).

Q: What is your return policy?
A: No returns may be made for dresses on sale and sample sale dresses. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

SALES TAX

Canada: The GST/HST/RST/QST applicable to your province will be charged on your purchase.

USA & International: There will be no sales tax added to your purchase by Luxx Nova. Sales tax may be added by US/international customs. You will be required to pay any charges added by third parties, upon receipt of your shipment. Luxx Nova cannot be held responsible for any such charges.

RETURNS

An unused, standard-size dress may be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details. No returns may be made for dresses on sale, ready-to-ship, and sample dresses. Bridal robes, lingerie, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event that any product is delivered to you damaged or defective, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the product and we will attempt to resolve the issue.
