Ivy wedding dress by Natalia Romanova is a fitted satin gown with a structured bodice, internal corset, and soft straight-across neckline. Light ruching at the bodice cascades seamlessly into the skirt, enhancing the silhouette. A thigh-high slit and soft train add shape and movement. The back features both lacing and a hidden zipper. ReTURNS
Eligibility: Only unused, standard-size dresses qualify for a refund if no customization, including custom measurements or length alterations, has been made.
Exclusions: Sale, ready-to-ship, sample dresses, and lingerie are not eligible for return.
Fees: A $350 restocking fee applies if the return is eligible. Rush production and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Process: A shipping label with proper customs information will be provided for returns, with the shipping fee deducted. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days after delivery with no exceptions.
