For a perfect fit, we suggest ordering a gown tailored to your measurements. Our convenient online Measurement Guide can help you create your measurement profile in just 10-15 minutes. With a friend and a tape measure, you’ll be all set. Our designers thoroughly review each profile and will notify you if any adjustments are needed, as it’s an extra step toward achieving the ideal fit.
Shipping
Canada: 5-10 business days – 90 CAD
USA: 2-14 business days – 100 USD
International: 2-14 business days – 140 USD
(For international shipping, the minimum order requirement: 400 USD. No minimum order requirement for Canada or USA.)
SALES TAX
Canada: GST/HST/RST/QST applicable to your province will be charged.
USA & International: There will be no sales tax added to your purchase by Luxx Nova. Sales tax may be added by destination customs. You will be required to pay any charges added by third parties, upon receipt of your shipment. Luxx Nova cannot be held responsible for any such charges.
ReTURNS
Eligibility: Only unused, standard-size dresses qualify for a refund if no customization, including custom measurements or length alterations, has been made.
Exclusions: Sale, ready-to-ship, sample dresses, and lingerie are not eligible for return.
Fees: A $350 restocking fee applies if the return is eligible. Rush production and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Process: A shipping label with proper customs information will be provided for returns, with the shipping fee deducted. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days after delivery with no exceptions.
50/50 PAYMENT PLAN
Payment 1: 50% due upon ordering.
Payment 2: The remaining balance is due 30 days later.
When adding your desired dress to the shopping cart, choose the “50/50 Payment Plan” option if available. This plan splits the total amount evenly, requiring an initial down payment of 50%. The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days. Opting for the 50/50 Payment Plan won’t delay your order; it will be processed once the initial 50% payment is made.
