This experience was amazing. From the Skype interview to picking the dress, everything was very personal. I love their selection of different dresses as well as the price point being extremely reasonable for a custom fit dress. I love the customization options as I wanted to add some sparkle to my dress. The dresses here are all unique, high quality, and most importantly, reasonably priced. I worked closely with Tatiana to pick out my wedding dress. Even though i was very indecisive, Tatiana made the process so special and personalized and patiently helped me explore every option to ultimately create my dream wedding dress. As someone who does not have a typical body shape, I was able to order the dress in a custom size for less than what it would have cost me to alter one. When the dress came (quicker than expected), it literally fit like a glove. No changes needed. Communication was second to none and i’m still glowing from the experience I had here at LuxxNova! Natalia and Tatiana have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with, from sending me extra photos of dresses I was interested in, to accommodating my every question. I went to 5 bridal boutiques in Calgary, and they were all so mediocre. I was actually losing hope but when I found Luxx Nova online, I flew to Vancouver to try on their dresses and knew right away that I would get my dress from them. If you’re looking for something unique and different without breaking your budget, this is the place for you. My wedding dress is so intricate and so unique – I feel like a million bucks in it. I received my dress without trying it on, and although it was nerve racking, it was worth it! I am so in love! Natalia and Tatiana made the process so seamless. I went to two other bridal shops before going to Luxx Nova Bridal. The dresses beautiful, but they were too traditional for me. At Luxx, they had a collection of dresses with a range of personalities, edgy, princess-ey, modern, along with traditional looks. I immediately found a gorgeous dress that I felt comfortable AND beautiful in! The dress was an absolute winner. It wowed all of my family and friends!

The gowns at Luxx Nova are so stunning and one of a kind. I am so happy that I found my gown here. Natalia and Tatiana were so friendly and helpful, I can’t thank them enough for all their help. The boutique is a little small so it’s best if you show up with 1 or 2 other people (max) but every gown is so beautiful, you definitely need to try them all on! The gowns are very affordable and you can order them with custom sizing which eliminates having to take your dress to a seamstress for alterations. From start to finish, communication, production and pick up of my gown was so quick and exceeded all of my expectations.
