        With growing concerns around the COVID-19 virus, we want to ensure you that we are working hard to keep providing you with the best service that you’ve come to expect from us. We also want to provide you with an update on our response to date and our commitment going forward to minimize risk to our customers and employees.

        Here are some steps we are taking:

        We have NOT experienced any shipment delays related to the COVID-19 virus. We communicate with our designers on a daily basis to remain updated on all levels. Note, that all of our dresses are made in Russia and Belarus. We monitor the situation in both counties closely.

        – Our online store at www.luxx-nova.com is operating on a regular basis!

        We will waive all Custom Size fees until further notice to reduce alteration that may be needed once you receive your dress. Those changes are already in effect on our website. No code needed.

        – If you need any help with choosing your dress and taking your custom measurements, Tatiana & Natalia, co-founders of Luxx Nova, will personally be available for online Skype chat to make sure all the measurements are taken correctly. To book a Skype call, please email us to [email protected], or use the online chat on our website.

        – To help you manage your financial situation during this time, we implement a new deposit policy: only a 50% deposit will be required at the time of placing your order. The rest of the payment will be due once the dress is ready to be shipped to you.

        – Starting today, our retail store in Vancouver will be temporarily closed until March 31. This date will be reassessed if needed. If you are booked for an upcoming appointment, we will be reaching out to you personally. We are confident we will be seeing you very soon!
